Markoprint integra One / ip

Due to the tight space available, it is not always easy to integrate labeling systems in existing production lines. Thanks to its small dimensions of 186 x 86 x 98 mm, the thermal inkjet printer Markoprint Integra One can be easily integrated into production systems and is therefore particularly suitable for system integrators. The printing system is equipped with a display for data entry as well as modification and verification of system settings. In the optionally available WLAN version, this information can also be watched from mobile devices.

Lightning fast and razor sharp

Integra One uses proven HP Class printing technology and prints logos, variable text, barcodes and data matrix codes with top speeds of more than 180 m / min. Images are printed in a height of up to 12.5 mm with a high resolution of 600 dpi. The system allows the use of water- and / or solvent-based inks and is therefore suitable for marking a variety of absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.

Intelligent SmartCard Cartridge Monitoring identifies the current ink type and automatically sets the appropriate ink parameters. The chip captures and stores the respective ink level and therefore recognizes partially opened cartridges. Thanks to the Click'n Print coin holder, ink changes are realized quickly and easily.

Highlight control panel

Operators can change variable fields or settings on-site on the user-friendly display. The system can be easily integrated into production plants with its small dimensions of 188 x 80 x 98 mm. The innovative HP Class cartridge achieves top speeds of more than 180 m / min. The system prints variable texts, barcodes, data matrix codes and logos in high resolution up to 12.5 mm high. SmartCard Cartridge Monitoring determines the ink type of each cartridge and adjusts all values accordingly.

If inkjet printers are exposed to adverse conditions such as wet or dusty production conditions, they should be specially protected. Markoprint integra One ip is additionally equipped with IP 65 protection rating. It is therefore perfect for applications in the food industry.
